General Information

Stone Graphic Art is an online business based in Avon, Indiana, that provides graphic design services (quotes for these services can be requested through our Request a Quote page) and custom vector graphics (available as digital downloads through our ecommerce storefront). We do not provide printing services.

Purchases & Payments

​

• All prices listed on stonegraphicart.com are in USD.

• Payments must be made in full before receiving the final deliverables for any design services or digital downloads.

• We accept credit card and PayPal payments through Wix Payments on our website only. Ach, check and money order is not accepted at this time. Wix Payments is our payment gateway and as such we have no direct control over the payment process.

Custom Graphic Design Services

​

• All custom design work requires signing the Stone Graphic Art Service Agreement before work begins.

• Quote requests do not guarantee service availability.

• Once work begins, refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Custom designs are delivered in agreed-upon formats and are for the client’s specified use.

• Stone Graphic Art is not liable for any project delays, cancellations, timelines or any other unforeseen circumstances that may arise due to perceived or unperceived untimely delivery of service or goods.

• Stone Graphic Art is not obligated to refund any service or purchased goods, in full or in part, for any reason.

Shop Purchases

​

• We will make our best efforts to deliver digital purchases from the Shop within 2 business days (this estimate is not for Custom Services). Stone Graphic Art is not responsible for any project delays or unfortunate circumstances arising from any delayed delivery of digital goods or services.

• All digital sales are final—no refunds or exchanges.

• Shop purchases are a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revokable license to use the purchased designs.

• Fonts are not included in any Shop purchase.

Royalty-Free Goods

• You may not resell, distribute, or modify the digital designs (vector files) for resale. However, you may print the designs on a shirt or use them for other commercial purposes.

• Stone Graphic Art reserves the right to pursue damages or loss arising from any resales, distribution or modification of the original designs (vector files) for resale.

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revokable license to use the purchased designs, without any print restrictions or limitations.

Intellectual Property Rights

​

• All graphics, designs, and content on stonegraphicart.com are the intellectual property of Stone Graphic Art.

• While Stone Graphic Art may incorporate various fonts within the website and our designs, we do not sell fonts and do not claim to have created any fonts. Any artwork files or deliverables that include fonts in the design have the font converted to outlines and the original font files themselves are not included in any purchase.

• Customers who use our designs for commercial purposes that include fonts, or request specific fonts to be used, agree to have taken the appropriate steps to purchase and secure the appropriate licensing for the fonts from their creators (if necessary). Stone Graphic Art is not liable for, and does not condone, any misuse of fonts outside of their owners' licensing agreements. Stone Graphic Art will never sell fonts.

• Purchasing a design does not grant ownership rights—only usage rights as outlined in the Royalty-Free section of the terms and conditions. Stone Graphic Art has the right to take legal action to pursue any violation of the Terms & Conditions.

Unauthorized Use & Restrictions

• You may not use designs in any illegal, offensive, or defamatory manner.

• You may not claim designs as your own or resell them without proper licensing.

• Stone Graphic Art reserves the right to take legal action if our work is misused.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

​

• No refunds on digital goods or design services once purchased.

• If a project is canceled before work begins, any prepaid fees may be refunded at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

​

• Stone Graphic Art is not responsible for any issues arising from the misuse of digital downloads or custom designs.

• We are not liable for any business losses, revenue losses, or indirect damages resulting from using our designs or delays that may arise.

• Stone Graphic Art is not bound to any specific timelines unless otherwise stated within a signed Stone Graphic Art Service Agreement.

Privacy Policy

• Your personal information is collected only to fulfill orders and communicate about services.

• We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Modifications to Terms

​

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

• Continued use of our website after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
