Refunds
Due to the nature of digital and custom goods, we currently do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and understand that refunds are unavailable.
Deposits & Order Confirmations
For custom orders or services, a non-refundable deposit equal to $100 or 50% of the total estimated cost (whichever is greater) may be required when the contract is signed. This deposit secures your order and confirms your commitment to our work.
Revisions
We want you to be happy with the products and services you receive. Each package includes one complimentary revision to ensure it meets your expectations. If you would like additional revisions, we’re pleased to offer them at the negotiated rate.
