We offer a wide range of graphic design services, including logo design, branding, packaging, business card designs, wedding invitations, save the dates, flyers, posters, website assets, and more. We are an ecommerce-only business based in Avon, Indiana, serving the greater Indianapolis area and beyond. While we don't have a physical location, you can reach us via email or phone between 5 PM and 10 PM EST, Monday through Friday. We typically respond to emails within 48 hours.
Project timelines vary based on the complexity of the design and the scope of the work. We will work to complete all design requests in a timely manner.
Yes, we require a signed Stone Graphic Art Service Agreement before starting any design work. This agreement sets clear expectations, details permissible uses of the artwork, and includes indemnification terms.
We use a third-party print provider to complete any printing requests. In projects where printing is required, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise with the print provider (such as printing delays), but will make a good faith effort to ensure our customers are satisfied with the final product. Please refer to the service agreement for information about the printing process, where applicable.
Pricing depends on the size and scope of the project. Please request a quote with us to get a detailed estimate.
Yes, we require a nonrefundable deposit of $100 or 50% of the initial estimated cost (whichever is greater) at the signing of the service agreement to begin work.
Due to the nature of our business and creation of custom designs, we do not offer refunds.
Any available revisions will be outlined in the Project Description provided with the Service Agreement.
In most cases, the end deliverable will be a .AI file. Other file types may be provided upon request. A PDF will be provided for review and approval, and the .AI file will be provided after final payment.
Note: In any cases where any claims or statements outlined on the website conflict with the service agreement, the service agreement will take precedence.
Most of our communication will be via email. If needed, we can also arrange a Google Meet or phone call to discuss your project in more detail.
For special circumstances or elaborate projects, please request a quote with us in the same fashion as a standard design request. We will work with you to determine if our capabilities align with your specific needs.
