Stone Graphic Art offers a wide variety of graphic design services, including Logo Design, Branding, Packaging, Business Card Designs, Wedding Invitations and Save the Dates, Flyers, Posters, Website Assets, and more. We are an ecommerce-only business based out of Avon, Indiana, servicing the greater Indianapolis community and beyond. We currently don't have a physical location but can be easily reached via email or phone between 5 PM and 10 PM EST, Monday thru Friday. We typically respond to any email requests within 48 hours.
Project timelines vary based on the complexity of the design and the scope of the work. We will work to complete all design requests in a timely manner.
All design work for Stone Graphic Art requires the completion and signing of the Stone Graphic Art Service Agreement. This document establishes clear expectations for the project, details permissible uses of the artwork, and includes indemnification terms. Work will not commence until the agreement has been signed.
Pricing depends on the size and scope of the project. Please request a quote with us to get a detailed estimate.
Depending on the size and scope of any custom art requests, we may require a nonrefundable deposit of $100 or 50% of the initial estimated cost (whichever is greater) due at signing of the service agreement to begin work.
Due to the nature of our business and creation of custom designs, we do not offer refunds.
Any available revisions will be outlined in the Project Description provided with the Service Agreement.
In most cases, the end deliverable will be a .AI file. .PNG, .JPEG, .SVG, .EPS files may be provided upon request if applicable. A PDF will be provided for review and approval, and the .AI file will be provided after final payment.
Most communication will take place via email, but in circumstances where additional communication is required, I am happy to have a Google Meet or Phone conversation.
For special circumstances or elaborate projects, please request a quote with us in the same fashion as a standard design request. We will work with you to determine if our capabilities align with your specific needs.
