How does the design process work?
We want to make the design process as seamless as possible for our customers. To begin the design process, please request a quote. For business customers with large or recurring scopes of work, we may require an upfront, non-refundable deposit up to 50% of the project cost to cover expenses, as well as a signed contract. Once the agreement is signed, we will begin completing the agreed upon scope of work immediately.
For individual customers, an upfront deposit may not be required.
We use Wix Payments as our payment gateway. Once the scope of work is completed, an invoice will be issued via Wix Payments in order for you to pay. We currently accept credit card, apple pay and paypal payment methods.
Once payment has been received, the final project deliverables will be released to you. Fully custom designs will be able to be used as you see fit, without any print quantity or commercial restrictions*!
Due to the nature of digital goods, once payment has been made and the digital files have been sent to you, sales are final and no longer refundable. Please see our refund policy page for more details.
